Whether illuminated or not, DESIGNBASE-QD is guaranteed to stand out in your home as a skirting or border profile. Choose between anodised aluminium or anodised aluminium with a brushed stainless steel effect. You can also decide entirely according to your personal taste whether you want to show the open or closed profile side as the visible surface.
The product is characterised by the 39 mm wide opening for mounting decorative materials, e.g. tiles, or for installing the matching DESIGNBASE-QDD diffuser lens. In combination with the LIPROTEC-ES 31 (warm white, 7 mm wide) and LIPROTEC-ES 41 (neutral white, 7 mm wide) LED strips, you can create direct lighting in this way.
It is also possible to install the profile for lighting in shower areas. Please note, however, that a vertical installation to the water drain is necessary. You should ensure that no water remains in the profile. For horizontal installation, we recommend our LED module LIPROTEC-LLPM.
