Schlüter-RENO-TK is a special profile for the stepless transition of floor coverings with different heights, especially when the tiled surface is higher than the adjacent covering, e.g. the transition between tile and carpet.
The visible surface area of RENO-TK is sloped, preventing trip edges between coverings of different heights.
The 6mm profile chamber hides and protects the cut edge of lower adjoining surface coverings (e.g. carpet, vinyl flooring).

These profiles are made of brass. Minor manufacturing flaws are unavoidable on their untreated surfaces. Brass is resistant to virtually all chemicals used in conjunction with tile coverings.
Brass that is exposed to air will oxidise, resulting in a natural patina. Exposure to moisture or aggressive substances may result in heavy oxidation and staining at the surface.
